Solutions:
(1) Keep your game up to date (Note: Remove Mods and CC before updating The Sims 4)
(2) Run Mod Conflict Detector to know which mods are causing problems.
Please delete the duplicates. Tutorial here
(Duplicates will slow down the game and even cause a game crash)
The easiest way to avoid duplicate CC is don't sort your CC into sub-folders.
(3) Do the 50/50 method; Tutorial
(4) Update your mods manually with Sims4Studio, see this tutorial;
(5) Repair your game via Origin.
The 50/50 cleaning method is simple: copy your entire Mods folder to another directory and reinstall half of it. Load up your game to see if your problem still remains. If the problem is gone, then you know the problematic file is in the half of your custom content that you didn't reinstall. You can then repeat the method again and again until you find the offending file.

避免重複CC最好的方式, 就是不要分類你的CC. 這樣就不會有重複CC的問題了.

hi Ruby, i just wanted to inform you that some of your amazing community lots have a glitch, on the deli and grocery lot, farmers market lot, and pizzeria/bakery lot a rainbow background and green question mark appears on some of the walls. i'm unsure whether or not i have done something wrong or if it's a problem with the lot itself. thank you for taking the time to read this and i hope this problem can be resolved.

Some people said they have repaired their game through origin and the problem solved. I hope it helps. If you still having problem please let me know. :)
unfortunately, i'm still having the rainbow question mark problem, i have repaired the game twice, tried other people's suggestions and it is still appearing . i also uninstalled and reinstalled all of the lots and cc. i have no idea whats happening but i'm hoping it is resolved soon as all of your lots are stunning! thank you for your assistance.
