Note:

1.  This house is unable to use as a dorm or a University housing. Error code 102 happens when you use CC in a University housing lot. It can only use as a residential lot.

If you set this lot as a residential lot, you can still have roommates. Sims can obtain roommates by using their smartphones.   無法將此用地設置成宿舍, 錯誤訊息會出現喔!  這是遊戲的Bug, 目前無解.  但是小人還是可以使用手機找尋室友的喔!

2. The outdoor stairs to the little yard is for decoration only. You need to enter the basement from the stairs in the hallway.

3. On the 3rd floor, You need to remove the blanket for the sims to sleep on the bed.
