ReplyDeleteI am sorry that is happening to you. I have tested the lot, it works fine in my game. Did you placed it in the location I have shown on the map?

DeletePlease unzip the file and place only the tray items in your tray, not the zip file.
1. All custom content in Package files need to be placed in the Sims 4 Mods folder: (No need to sort them into sub-folders, just placed package files in the mod folder)
Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods .
2. All house files need to be placed in the Sims 4 Tray folder:
Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray
This is my tray folder: (only files, no sub-folders)

Once you have placed them there, click "include custom content" in Advanced Section in the gallery. you should be able to find the Lots in your personal Gallery in the game.
(Not online gallery, look only into your personal gallery).

Enter a plot, and place the lot you just installed.
