    Happy to see you posting such a perfect creation especially for TS3. Modern and clear lines. Nicely built and decorated. You simply amazed us once again. Love all of your creations. Keep on. Please consider building a victorian style block of apartments next time like those you pump into when visiting London. They are my favorites. Thanks in advance.       Hello, Some of the websites are no longer available. All custom content is included in my download files. So you after you install the sims3pack file. You will get the house and the CC I used. Thank you!

    I just got back into sim's 3, found you're beautiful house's. Sad though lol the game's memory limit causes the houses to crash my game :( my i7, 1080ti and 16 gigs is unable to combat this lol. I'd love to use them but unfourtunatly i cannot unless you are able to use them while playing? I'd love to know so i can use them<3. I do use larger worlds also like setra and los angeios, i also at all time's play with the 4k texture hq mod for my sims. Thank zou

      Hello, I am a builder. I don't actually playing the game. But when I was making the house, I didn't have any issue with it. My computer is Win7, Intel i7-7700 CPU @3.60GHZ, RAM: 16GB.
      I am very sorry that you are having trouble with it. I know someone else has taken some photos of this house. I assume the house is working fine in her game: http://lovesizzlingcollectioncupcake.tumblr.com/post/163260757700/lovesizzlingcollectioncupcake-re-do-a-house
