Hello, I think the image of the house doesn't show-up correctly is because there is not enough memory for your computer to run the Sims 3 launcher. I suggest you make a backup of your game folder before installing my Sims 3 houses. “My Documents/EA/the Sims3/DCcache” folder. My house files are very big. so if anything went wrong. You can paste back the folder to restore your game. Thank you so much for liking this house. ^-^
Deletehi, sorry i can't seem to find the comment box to comment so I'll just reply(sorry) but I'm really quite confused, how would back up my folder and does it take very long and can this lot possibly damage my game? sorry i know this must be an annoying comment but I am really confused (I don't know much about computers sorry)

DeleteSuch a cute cottage, I have now downloaded all of your Sims 3 houses and love using them in my games, though I do get told off as they take up lots of space but I do not care and will continue to download everytime you make a sims 3 home - how naughty am I ?? Beautiful house! Love it, but when I downloaded your house it for some reason when I got to play the game it does not show any of the custom content. Do you know why?

ReplyDeleteHi Ruby! I had a question, I downloaded your house a while ago and I viewed it and everything on the Sims 3 and all the content was there and it was beautiful! But now when i got on today all the houses that were on my lot (Minty House, Coastal Dreams, and Monochrome), the inside of the houses had all the custom content but they were all grey and cream colored. Like they had no design. They were just white objects everywhere.. :( Do you know what could be the issue? They weren't like this a week ago, I dont know what it could be.. Thanks
ReplyDeleteHave you try to restart your computer. It may happen when your computer has not enough memory to run the game. If you wait a bit longer the colors of the objects will show.

ReplyDeleteI am sorry it is not working for you. The CC I use works fine in my game. Many people have installed my houses and works fine on their game. If you have duplicate CC in your package folder or lack of memory may cause crash. Sims3 is very unpredictable, so please make a backup of your game folder: “My Documents/EA/the Sims3/DCcache” folder before install my houses, because they are CC heavy. Thank you!
