To achieve the same result as shown in my screenshots, please follow these steps after unzipping the ZIP/RAR files:

  1. Place all of my CC (package files) in:
    Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

  2. Place all required free CC created by other creators in the same folder:
    Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

  3. Place all house files (those starting with 0x0000…) in the Tray folder:
    Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray

  4. After placing the files, open the Gallery in-game and enable “Include Custom Content” under the Advanced section. You should then see the Lots appear in your personal Gallery.

  5. Make sure to turn on the cheat bb.moveobjects before placing the lot.

  6. Enjoy! ♡

Sims 4 Building Cheats:  建築技巧

After you place the houses.  Some heightened and free stand objects may lose their height after a new installation of the lot.  If you want to have the same details like my screenshots.  You can turn on bb.moveobjects cheat, then grab the object and press 9 to move up, press 0 to move down, until it is at the height you want.

If it is necessary, while holding the object, use Alt to place it off grid.

**在放置房屋後 一些物件的高度可能會與我的圖片不同,
可以使用bb.moveobjects密技, 抓住物件並按9來升高物品, 按0來降低. 按住ALT 可以隨意擺放物品.

Hi, I downloaded the package files into the Mods folder and the tray files into the Tray folder, but I can't find the build in the gallery. The game has mods enabled. What can I do to fix this?

Let's troubleshooting step by step: 1. Check Library, not the Gallery. They show up under My Library in the in-game Gallery (press F4 or the gallery button → “My Library”).

2. Enable Custom Content in Library • Open the Gallery → My Library. • On the left-hand filters, check Include Custom Content.

3. Check Files Are Complete • A lot usually comes with multiple Tray files (e.g., several .trayitem, .blueprint, .bpi). If even one is missing, the build won’t appear. Make sure you copied all files from the download into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray.

4. Make sure there aren’t extra folders inside Tray (files must go directly in the Tray folder, not in subfolders).

5. Sort by Date • In My Library, sort by “Newest.” Your downloaded lot should appear near the top.

6. Repair Game (if still missing) • In EA App/Origin, right-click The Sims 4 → Repair. Sometimes file caching causes issues.

Usually, the issue is “Include Custom Content” not being checked, or one Tray file missing.

7. Empty your tray folder (if still missing) Move out all your tray files and only place tray files you need in the folder.  Then test it again. See if you can find it this time.
