ReplyDeleteHi, thank you very much for your comment. Some objects I used in this house require particular expansion pack. So I am not sure if you can still install it or not. You can still download it. If you need some of the expansion packs installed, the game launcher will pop up a message to warn you before you install the house. If the house is installed successfully, the objects you do not have installed will be replaced by the game.

DeleteC:\Users\your username\Documents\Electronic Arts\ DCCache folder to your desktop before you install any CC. Everything installed in your Launcher can be found in the files in the folder DCCache. There are three types of files in there:
*.ebc: All Store Items
*.dbc: All third party Items
missingdeps.idx: Some cache file that gets recreated when deleted
If things go wrong you can paste back the folder to restore your game. If you have time you can read this article to get know better about custom content: http://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2011/01/tutorial-how-to-get-rid-of-unwanted-custom-content.html

ReplyDeleteI love all of your houses! You are one of the best sims 3 houses creators in the whole world. Everytime i visit your site, i may end up staring at your houses for hours. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to play and relax with my sims in our lakeside cabin. Next time consider building an apartment complex or a block of apartments. It would be such great.
