I think you need Outdoor Retreat and Get together to have the foundation show-up in your game. It is a bug happened to some people. If you still having problem with the lot. I will refund your payment. I am so sorry. >_< Please message me on Patreon inbox. Thank you!
Also please make sure you have installed all the CCs in your mod folder. If some CCs are not showing up. Please don't put them in sub-folders. Thank you!
